In the Summer of 2016 I was approached by a small start-up bakery to design a logo that they could use online and on printed materials to help promote their business. The client presented me with a small pencil sketch which I used as a starting point to create the final logo which can be used with and without the name and subtitle depending on the client's specific need.

in the Summer of 2016 The Miracle League of Massachusetts asked me to design the cover of their 2016 Casino Night Auction booklet. Their ask was that the cover include the Casino Night logo, ML logo and poker chips. The Chips were drawn by hand and recreated in Illustrator as a vector file. The original color scheme was red, white and black until the client asked for an additional color as a background. Blue was eventually agreed upon.

In Spring 2016 The Miracle League of Massachusetts, a non-profit, all-inclusive baseball league for children with disabilities approached me to create an official logo for their annual Family FunFest and 5K event. Their asks were to NOT use the Miracle League logo and to make it bright, bold and engaging.

In the Summer of 2016 the office of Paul Moriarty, a candidate for the office of New Hampshire State Representative approached me asking for a design that could be used both as a logo and also work as a campaign sign. Their asks were to include TWO shades of blue, bold type and a simple graphic. The final design uses the outline of New Hampshire to anchor the text and the red star was added to draw attention to the candidate's name.

Recently I assigned myself a "project", something design related that I had never done before. A challenge that would push me out of my comfort zone. I decided to create a blog where on a regular schedule I would present a creative solution to a different letter of the alphabet. While the blog is still in the development stages I created this logo for the page, putting myself through concept, review and development stages until I arrived at this final piece.

In early 2014 the owner of Seacoast Art Studios came to me looking for a clean, simple logo that conveyed their close proximity to the coast without using the traditional colors or imagery. This project marked the first time I used the Adobe Ideas app for working through my concept ideas. After creating and presenting the client with several "sketches" to choose from, I imported the chosen PDF file into Adobe Illustrator where I cleaned-up and fine tuned the logo.

This a series of 2 posters to help promote the redesign and relaunch of the new Staples HR Web Portal for Staples Associates. The client (HR Dept.) asked for both posters to follow a theme, which is 'Movies'. The first poster would be the 'teaser' and be displayed two weeks before the new site would go live. The second poster is the 'reveal' and promotes the ease of use and new features found on the site.

These posters are an alternate option I provided the client (HR Dept.) to help promote the redesign and relaunch of the new Staples HR Web Portal for Staples Associates. The client suggested 'Extreme Makeover' as the theme for these posters, which I modified to 'renovation'. The first poster would have been the 'teaser' which would have been displayed two weeks before the new site would go live. The second poster is the 'reveal' and promotes the ease of use and new features found on the site.

In early 2014 Staples launched their "What the 'L'" campaign to demonstrate to customers that Staples now offered a lot more than office supplies. As part of the campaign, the iconic, staple-shaped "L" was replaced with a selection of the new items now available at the store. As a designer on the job I created over a dozen new versions of the Staples brick logo, including the three shown above, to appear on the company website.

This direct mail piece was sent to potential conference attendees to invite them to stop by the Staples booth this year's event. The golf theme is meant to tie-in with the theme of the booth where they will be offering a "Hole-in-One" putting contest along with snacks, giveaways and chances to talk with company representatives.

A full-color tabloid cover printed on a matte stock. As Lead Designer. I was responsible for driving project from composition to finished piece. Responsibilities also included layout design, photography direction, digital photo manipulation and color correction.

A banner I created for a limited-time offer on desktop scales. The ask was for a banner that featured a lifestyle shot of the three different scales offered. I created this shot with three separate images by creating a silhouette for each image and combining them with background and cast shadows layers I created in Photoshop.

The client came asking for a packaging design for his Wireless Bluetooth device. Packaging needed to contain several items including company logo, product shot, "As Seen on TV" logo, and major selling points of the device. With this being a freelance job, I was responsible for the entire project, start to finish. worked closely with the client to create packaging that was both eye-catching and practical.

The "Tabloid" is a 16-page monthly publication which is circulated to Staples customers in it's Canada markets. As the lead Creative Designer for this cover I managed the job from its concept phase through to final printing. As the lead Creative Designer for this cover I managed the job from its concept phase through to final printing. With no photography budget, I was responsible for creating a "group" product shot from existing product photography. No photography existed for the red case of paper, so I created one using Illustrator and Photoshop techniques.
